1. I believe you don't need a multilib installation, because this package is only the translation for the hole kde installation.

Compile the package:

mkdir -v build &&
cd build &&
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=${KDEDIR} .. &&
make

Install the package:

make install
