Xen requires a Linux distribution using GRUB bootloader and running on a P6-class or newer CPU.

Non-Multilib

Compile the package:

make kernels &&
cd linux-2.6.18-xen &&
cp -av /boot/config-{uname -r} .config &&
make ARCH=xen oldconfig

Install the package:

make install-logging &&
make install-iptables &&
make install-xen &&
make install-tools

Multilib

This package does not provide any libraries so only one installation is required.

Configuring

Add an entry to your menu.lst file for the new Xen-enabled kernel:
